Who we are

This notice covers www.frozenbit.eu, the corporate website of FrozenBit — registered in Ghana, Reg. No. CS104640526, registered office Accra, Ghana.

Products in the group — ChurchConnect, Signage Manager, GamersArc and Veloocart — each publish their own privacy notice covering the data they handle. This notice does not extend to them.

What this site collects

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, any organisation you give, the subject you choose and the message itself. We use that to reply to you and for nothing else.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your region and language preference is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. That value never leaves your device and is not linked to you.

Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Who else sees your data

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to the group. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the request in order to deliver the page and applies standard abuse protection. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of the conversation, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@frozenbit.eu and we will deal with it.
