Signage Manager

Signage Manager runs the screens in a business — menus, notices, schedules, live boards — from one self-hosted server, with players that keep playing whether or not the server is reachable.

Self-hosted on purpose

The server runs on the customer’s own machine and the players talk to it over their own network. No per-screen subscription, no dependency on somebody else’s cloud staying up, and no content leaving the premises unless the customer wants it to.

Screens that survive their own hardware

Television hardware is not a workstation: cheap panels, old browser engines and renderers that fall over. The player is built to a deliberately low compatibility floor and recovers from crashes on its own, because a blank screen in a shop window is the only failure that really counts.

Live boards, not just slideshows

Beyond scheduled media, screens can run live app boards — the kind of thing that has to update itself: notices, feeds, menus and rotating information panels, laid out in zones alongside regular content.

What it does

Playlists & scheduling

Schedule what plays, where and when, down to the individual screen.

Zone layouts

Split a screen into regions and run different content in each.

Live app boards

Self-updating information panels rendered into the player.

Device pairing

Pair a new screen with a code — no keyboard needed at the television.

Groups & templates

Manage many screens at once and reuse layouts across sites.

Emergency override

Push an urgent message to every screen immediately.

Who it's for

Shops, restaurants, churches, schools and offices running anything from one screen to an estate of them, who would rather own the system than rent it.
