From today, Veloocart keeps that promise itself: deliveries across Accra are handled by our own driver network rather than passed to whoever is cheapest that morning. ## What changes for buyers Orders are dispatched to a vetted rider, tracked while they are moving, and confirmed with proof of delivery at the door. If something goes wrong, there is one party responsible for it — and that party is us. ## What changes for sellers Sellers no longer arrange their own courier or absorb the reputational damage when a third party fails. Fulfilment is part of the platform. ## Built for Ghanaian addresses Most marketplace software assumes a street number and a postcode. Deliveries here run on GhanaPost digital addresses, landmarks and a phone call from the rider — so that is what the dispatch system is built around, rather than a foreign address model translated and hoped for.
